By accessing or using md telescribe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

md telescribe provides tools for transcribing telemedicine visits and generating clinical documentation, including SOAP notes, through our web platform and Chrome extension.

Features, pricing, and note limits may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when required.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

You agree to use md telescribe only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and institutional policies.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or use it in ways that harm other users or the integrity of the system.

md telescribe assists with documentation but does not provide medical advice. Generated notes are drafts that must be reviewed, edited, and approved by a licensed clinician before use in patient records.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected at signup. Monthly note limits apply per plan tier. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, md telescribe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
